The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and/ or route information is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All standard orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your payment is authorized and verified, you'll receive another notification stating your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change carriers at anytime.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from, Unbossd4u.com that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
